Emergency Contact Cards

If you have not already filled out your yellow Emergency Contact Card at The Island School, please help us by doing so now. The purpose of the Emergency Card is to enable Cedars Safety Leaders to contact people you have designated in case you are involved in an emergency while at a Sunday Worship Service or another Cedars event.

Please ask the Safety Leader at Sunday service for a blank card, fill it out, and return it to the Safety Leader to be filed.

This effort is voluntary. All cards are kept safely in a file inside the Cedars Leader Box, which is housed at the Cedars Office and transported to The Island School for Sunday services. Thanks for helping your Safety Leaders to help you!
