Marvin Evans Reading Group
The Marvin Evans Reading Group is a small and welcoming gathering of friends who enjoy an ongoing practice in reading and discussing mutually selected titles that can inspire personal growth and perhaps spiritual insight — a practice that our late friend Marvin identified as “Salvation by Bibliography.”
Our history together began in 2007 and includes a decade as Cedars’ Spirituality Book Group, the reading and discussion of more than 60 titles representing a broad sampling of inspiring subjects.
